Mid-hibernation dreams
Twas mid-hibernation and settled within
The bears were all warm and asleep in their dens.
The old boars were dreaming of salmon to come
And the newborns were cuddled up with their moms.
Outside it was cold and all frozen over
And the bears were dreaming of sunshine and clover
They were ready to emerge and go fishing again
And they patiently waited for spring to begin.
